Is there a charge for the AC Card?

Student are not charged for their initial card. Replacement AC Cards are $25 each.

How do I log-in to the AC Photo website? What is my username and password?

Your AC Photo username and password are the same you use for your email, and to log into a computer on campus. You can find this information in your ACSIS account. If you’re a new student, your username and password should be available on ACSIS in August. You will need your network username and password to log into the AC Photo system.

How long will it take to process my card once my photo is submitted?

Beginning in August, you will be able to pick up your cards on campus once your submission is validated, printed and ready for distribution. Please pay careful attention to the email confirmation you receive, which will include specific details about when and where you can pick up your cards.

What is the largest file Size I can upload?


What photo file types do you accept?

JPEG only.

What happens if the photo I supply does not meet the requirements specified?

Your application will be delayed. You will receive an email indicating the reason why the photo is not acceptable and will have to either re‐upload another picture or visit Card Services to have your AC Card and U-Pass manually produced.

How do I get a replacement card?

If you lose your AC Card, immediately log-into your account at and Deactivate Your Card. If you lose your U-Pass, please visit Card Services in Room E120.

I have a question not listed here, who can I email?

I am a returning student and already have an AC Card. Do I still submit a photo for my U-Pass?

No! you do not need to submit a new photo if are a returning students and already have an AC Card (student ID card or U-Pass).
