Submit a photo for your AC Card / U-Pass today!

Send in one photo, get two cards! To have your student ID card (AC Card) and your U-Pass (universal transit pass for eligible Ottawa Campus students) ready for you to pick up, we ask that you submit a colour photo through this site. You must be currently enrolled at Algonquin College in order to submit your photo.

Below are the basic requirements for a successful upload:

• Colour photo with a front view of your head and shoulders
• Standard passport size photo
• The photo should be of you and only you
• Head must be uncovered, unless for religious purposes
• Glasses should not contain glare
• No sunglasses
• No headphones or wireless devices
• Photo should be from the last six months
• Have a copy of your Government ID ready to upload
